Medicine Spirit Iboga Retreats | Collaborative Approach Statement:
Together, our team creates a balanced facilitation experience that honors both masculine and feminine healing energies. Our complementary skills and experiences allow us to hold a container that's simultaneously strong and permeable, structured and responsive.
What unites us is a shared conviction that plant medicines, when approached with respect and proper support, offer unique possibilities for healing and transformation that are particularly relevant to our disconnected modern world. Through our Medicine Spirit Iboga Retreats, we seek to make these possibilities accessible to those who feel called to this path of deep remembering.

Sacred Medicines | Iboga Introduction
Iboga (Tabernanthe iboga) is a powerful plant medicine native to Central West Africa, particularly Gabon, where it has been used in traditional Bwiti spiritual ceremonies for centuries. At Medicine Spirit, we work with this sacred plant with deep respect for its traditional roots while creating accessible contexts for modern seekers.
The medicine works with our nervous system and consciousness in unique ways, often described as providing access to a waking dreamstate where profound insights, emotional processing, and spiritual connection can occur. Many participants report experiencing clarity about life patterns, release of limiting beliefs, and reconnection with deeper purpose.
Our Commitment to Reciprocity
At Medicine Spirit, we understand that the medicines and traditions we work with are not commodities but gifts from specific cultures, communities, and ecosystems. Our practice of reciprocity acknowledges this debt of gratitude and seeks to give back in meaningful ways.
Our approach to reciprocity is not static but evolving through ongoing dialogue, relationship, and commitment. We recognize that true reciprocity goes beyond financial transactions to include relationship, respect, and responsibility.
